2. Full payment for rental is due not later
than six weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made
within six weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of the
booking.
3. A non-refundable security deposit
of $45 will be payable on every booking.

The property should be left clean and undamaged.
5.
We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment has not been received in
accordance with the conditions above.
6. Should circumstances beyond our control
require us to cancel a booking, you will receive a
full refund of all monies paid to date and no liability can be accepted.
7. All cancellations by guests must be received
in writing or via email and are subject to the
following charges:-
• More than 6 weeks before arrival date
= deposit
• Between 6 and 4 weeks before arrival date = 50% of rental amount
• Less than 4 weeks before arrival date = 100% of rental
amount
8. Check in time is from 4:00 pm on
the arrival date. Check out time is 10am on the departure
date; otherwise a Management Company charge may be incurred.
Our Management
Company can arrange a late check out if availability allows and following a request being
approved
and payment made prior to the departure date.

The property may only be occupied by a maximum of 8 people.

All reservations are booked solely for persons named and the Owner/Management
Company reserves the right to refuse entrance
to those who are not named.
11. The Owner/Management
Company reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any booking
at any time at their discretion without having to give
reasons.
12. It may be necessary during your
stay for staff or agents of the Management Company to
enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or
repairs.
13. Animals and pets are not allowed
in the condo.
14. For the safety and comfort
of guests, smoking is not allowed in the property.
15. The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility or liability for loss or injury
while
staying in the property or using the facilities of the development. Guests are required
to have appropriate insurance
in force for the period of their trip. Loss or injury should be
notified to your appropriate insurance company immediately.
16. Parents must, at all times, supervise
children when using the pool and resort facilities.
17.
The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility or liability for failure of
equipment in the rental property.
After notification of failure, the Management Company will
rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.
18. The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility
or liability for the unavailability
of any of the facilities of the development.
19. Although every effort is made to provide you with accurate information, all information
and
descriptions given are only a guide and may vary. In the event of mistakes occurring or
facilities not available
due to circumstances outside our control, we accept no liability.
20. The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in
respect
of loss/damage/cancellation/delays/changes arising from circumstances outside our
control such as war or threat of war,
fire or adverse weather conditions, government action,
strikes, transport technical problems, airport closure or congestion,
airline cancellation or
theft from the premises, both interior and exterior, including the resort area.
